1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days nationwide (Ireland).
  • Express Shipping (optional): 5–7 business days at an additional fee.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard: €4.95 flat rate on orders under €50; free on orders €50+.
  • Express: €9.95 flat rate.

4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track via our site’s “Order Status” page or the courier’s portal.

6. Failed Delivery & Returns

Unclaimed packages returned to us will incur a €5 restocking fee deducted from your refund.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unclaimed parcel, we’ll notify you. Re-shipment costs may apply.
